Customer Account Manager

Description

Account Manager is our primary customer interfaces. Responsible for handling daily customer inquiries on our products and services by phone and email and placing orders. Providing sale quotation and technical support;. Maintaining customer sale accounts.
Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries/requests via phone or emails.
2. Prepare product quotes and place orders.
3. Providing status updates for open orders.
4. Work closely with technical support team, shipping team and other supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in the fields of life sciences. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing in life science companies. 
3. Good organizational skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office tools.

Head of Product Marketing

Description

Responsibilities: The position involves formulating and executing marketing activities to increase market share and business revenue. The role is to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives. 

1. Be responsible for marketing plans and sales plans. 
2. Develop new methods to improve our marketing and sales. 
3. Work with various marketing functions to implement market research, promotion and advertising plan.
4. Team building, leading, coaching, and management.
5. Develop pricing strategy, determine and manage the marketing budget 

Requirements

1. Five years marketing experience and three years in management level.
2. Experiences in biology reagent marketing .
3. Practical experience in molecular biology, peptide and protein biochemistry is preferred. 
4. Strong strategic mindset and business acumen
5. Experience with conceptualizing, writing and executing marketing and promotion plans
6. Excellent communication skill.

Description

Responsibilities:
Synthesis or purification of synthetic peptides

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in peptide chemistry or biochemistry.
2. Must be organized and detail oriented.
